Domestic Shipping
We ship within the USA via USPS and /or UPS. We provide a tracking number for all orders shipped. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or misplaced by shipping carriers.
Orders typically ship within 3 business days from our warehouse, pending availability and the date in which the order was received (we do not currently ship on the weekends). Wearonesat.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 5 p.m EST will begin processing within 72 hours. Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 p.m EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once your order ships, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery as shipping times vary. Need your purchase in a hurry? We also offer expedited shipping (2-3 day delivery) for an additional fee of $30.
If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 2 business days.
How much does shipping cost in the US?
We offer FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING on all orders $200 and over!
We are also offering FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING on the first order with Wear One's At for all new customers.

How fast is your shipping?
We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders $200 and over. Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! You can select expedited shipping for $30 at checkout. This method takes 2-3 business days.
Do you have alternative shipping methods to ground and overnight?
We currently only offer two shipping methods through Ground and 2-day.
Ground: $9.95 USD
2-Day: $30.00 USD
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only able to ship to the United States. We have found that HopShopGo is a great workaround, shipping from the United States to anywhere in the world!

Domestic Returns
What is your domestic return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (sale merchandise not included). It must also be in its original packaging.
Any items purchased on sale or from a Warehouse Sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale”) postmarked within 14 days from time of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. We kindly ask that you allow 12 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.
How do I return something from my online order (US)?
If you would like to return your item(s) please email us at hello@wearonesat.com. to request a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be pre-authorized. If you have any questions regarding your order please reach out to hello@wearonesat.com.. Once you receive your authorization:
1. Place the item you wish to return in the box. Please include your original packing slip within the carton and write your Return Authorization Number at the top.
2. Ship via any carrier of your choice. Please purchase insurance, as Wear One's At is not responsible for packages once in transit.

Wear One's At, LLC (wearonesat.com) does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailers other than wearonesat.com. We are happy to answer any questions related to Wear One's At products, but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or repairs for any product purchased outside of wearonesat.com. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. Wearonesat.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records. How do I know which size will fit me best?
Our general guide below is a good starting point to determine your size at Wear One's At. Be sure to read each product description as there are times we advise whether to size up or down in a specific style. If an item fits a certain way or if there is anything important you should know, we will mention it there.
